What people ask before they book.
When does the 12 hours start?
When you press Go live, not when you pay. Pay and build your run of show days ahead; the window only starts when the event does. You also get 30 minutes of rehearsal that do not use any of the 12 hours.
What if the event overruns the 12 hours?
Add 4 hours for ₦25,000 from the console. When a window ends, the timer controls lock, so extend before it runs out rather than after.
Can my finance team pay, and do you issue invoices?
Yes. Every event has a payment page that lists the event, the date and the amount. Forward the link to your finance team; they can pay there through Paystack, or print the page or save it as a PDF for their records.
We do not charge VAT, so the price on the page is the full price. For a purchase order or an invoice in your company’s name, email admin@thecollectivesynergy.com with the event name and your company details.
What happens if the event is paid for twice?
Only the first payment unlocks the event. A second payment for the same event is not applied and is flagged for a refund.
How many people can run the event?
Each event has 3 seats, you included. Controllers can run the timer and edit the run of show; viewers can watch but not change anything. You can swap someone out at any time.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The console and the stage screen are web pages. Open the stage screen on a laptop, a tablet or a TV, and it follows the console in real time. Stage screens ask for the event PIN, so only your crew can put them up.
What does the AI import do?
Paste or upload your programme and Cadence drafts the segments with durations and speakers for you to review and edit. Each pass includes a quota of imports and prompts. If you use it up, or the AI is unavailable, a built-in parser still drafts the segments. A boost pack adds 15 imports and 75 prompts for ₦10,000.
